It's the third day of school. I have lost four pounds since school started Monday. I may bitch about the Polsky hike, but it is worthwhile!
Once I get over the shock of it all, I may try to do weight lifting before swimming/water yoga on Tues/Thurs. Right now, the PE Center is packed! You can't get on a machine to save your life.
Monday:
Walked to class and back (1.8 miles)
Water aerobics for 1.5 hours
Tuesday:
Swam 500 yards
Water yoga (sounds wierd, is really FUN)
Wednesday:
Walked to class and back (1.8 miles)
Water aerobics for 1.5 hours
