It's eyeopening to have someone tell you the influence you've had on them in a positive way. Especially when you feel you're undeserving of such a comment.
It's nice, but a little sad. I look back on my life and really feel like I've not been that stellar of a person. I feel like I've been treating people terribly and have been really jaded, bitter, egotistical and snarky.
But I've made a difference somewhere, and that's really nice. I dunno, maybe I'm not scum of the earth, despite how things have seemed these past few months.
