Wow, I really, truely enjoyed this fic; every chapter! The fluff was oh so sweet, but my favorite part was how you wrote their relationship, angst and all! I think most USUK fans know that the relationship tends to be a bit on the disfunctional side, but it's sad when so many fics seem to go like this:
Alfred: I love you!
Arthur: Even though I did horrible things to you before and during your revolution, I was obviously the victim and the only one hurt by that event. I will now run from crying from the room in a very manly fashion.
Alfred: D: OMG, Arthur! Now that I see how much I hurt you, I realize the error of my ways and beg your forgiveness! Sex now plz?
Arthur: I suppose now I can keep my protesting to a minimum while you rape me.
Alfred: :D
....besides being ridiculous, there's no real "moving on" or healing in that sort of fic. In yours...I don't know, it just all seemed a lot more like a believable relationship. And that's probably a lot to do with your characterizations, too, which I thought were great.
Long comment is long, sorry. But I really did enjoy this fic a whole lot! I hope you will keep writing!

And afhgjs;fagkd YES. I love to think that Alfred helps Arthur gradually heal, because he understands Arthur enough to know that he isn't the kind of person that can just let go of things, nor is he someone who can really express how he feels out loud very well (he is a tsundere, after all.)
