LJ Ate December 11th! (and Hikaru in my dreams and iffy roadhouses)

LJ deleted December 11, 2010. For me, at least. I'm so completely confused. I only noticed it, because it was in the middle of my holiday drabbly bits and the calender showed that I didn't post anything that day, which was silly, because I posted religiously every morning for 16 days. I looked into it further and somehow the entry has vanished. I never touched it and certainly didn't delete it! The tag for that pairing is gone and when I went to check the drabble prompt post, where I responded to comments when I posted each fic, the comment that I posted that day telling her that this story was up is also mysteriously missing. I'm so confused. And sad! Because, though I could repost the fic itself, it's not the same. The order is messed up now and I've lost my lovely comments on it. *sniffs* Anyone else lose December 11th? Anyone know how to get it back? Please help me!

I had a dream this morning where Hikaru Sulu was in love with me ... it was the best thing I've ever dreamed. But I apparently was kinda a jerk to him and, though he kept following me around, he didn't think I liked him or that he had a chance. I woke up right as he realized that DUH, OF COURSE HE HAD A CHANCE! *wistful sigh* I tried to go back to sleep and get back into that dream, but I couldn't.

I went to Logan's Roadhouse for dinner last night. Probably should have known that it wasn't the best choice for dinner, but it was right there, it was late, we were tired, we were starving, and the hotel gave us a coupon, so ... The waitress was so nice, but the kitchen seemed a little confused, maybe? They kept messing up our order (we were pretty much the only people in the place) and they don't seem to have the same sauce definitions as the rest of the world. I got buffalo wings, which had some weird, sweet sauce all over them. That was their buffalo sauce-- I checked. My captain ordered chicken teriyaki to go, so he'd have lunch the next day. He got chicken covered in some kind of white sauce. I do not know. At that point, it was just funny. Strange, not really what we wanted, but funny. Won't be going there again, but I did leave with food in my stomach and a laugh in my mouth, so I call it a win.
