HEHE! I totally have a pair of these and thought they'd be perfect Lavender New Year's Eve shoes!
She's one of my all-time favorite characters to write and it's all because of you! You got me hooked on this exact version of her and now she won't shut up! *pets her*
I had so much fun with this entire set up! I really wanted to make this longer, as I had visions of both of them having a VERY enjoyable NYE on the Knight Bus, but I ran out of time and energy, alas. And chatty Lavender had already turned this into a 1100 word story!
The Great hotness line was my favorite and I totally snickered when writing it-- knew you'd love it too! (And yes, Stan driving? Terrifying! Yet I could see him trying to "move up the corporate ladder" and help out. If I do these next year (I want to, but I'm not sure how much I'll be writing with an almost one year old underfoot!), I really must write you that smutty sequel ... because leaving him passed out on the floor seems a bit rude. And poor Lavender obviously needs a bit of a warm up. ;-)
