This just made me grin from ear to ear! Oh, Oliver, how so sexy and manly-adorable and manipulatable (that's a word, right?)? I love his blushing modesty and how quickly he rises to the bait. I love his Scottishness and the idea of him in tartan briefs! :D

And Lavender! I always enjoy it when she's written as a bit sly and scheming. The girl's got a solid pinch of Slytherin in her, doesn't she? I think my favourite line in all of this (besides all the yummy descriptions of Oliver), was:

"No, Oliver," Lavender said solemnly, placing a small hand on his broad shoulder. "I want you to do this for the orphans."

Ahahahaha!

And yes, I asked for Oliver! I'm in the first flush of rp love with him and want to see him paired with ALL THE GIRLS (and actually, with one of the boys, too). His chemistry with Lavender was so cute, and I could so see him wrapped around her little finger (which is no doubt laquered with a lurid, hot shade of pink). And I loved the little shout-out to Zach. The Zach-in-my-head is smirking smugly at Lavender's description. ;)

You always manage to hit my sweet spot right in the bullseye with these lovely, happy-making drabbles. Thank you so much for another year, dear heart, and a happy Christmas to you! :)

Hehe! YAY! I'm so glad you like it! I don't really have a good handle on Oliver yet, so I sort of let Lavender take the lead and this was just how he reacted, but I found him quite endearing this way! That's totally my favorite line too! :-D I totally laughed while writing it. So Lavender!

Well, I wish you much Oliver love and happiness! May there be all the stories for you to enjoy! You know, I think that you were one of the people who helped bring Zach into popularity-- he's been popping up at fests all over the place lately! Great pieces too! So, maybe you can do the same with Oliver. :)

Zach definitely enjoyed his little shout out. He's got his eye on the prize-- he's thinking Mr December, as he can really pull off Christmas colors. ;-)
