So I've realized today that I have problems.

I overthink things.

I overracted too much.

I get hurt by waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much.

And then things that don't apply to me right now I get upset about. I get upset with people when they do something I have no control over.

I'm just frustrated with things. I've been so drained this past week. I've got a lot on my plate, I'm stressing out too easily.

I need to change something. I need to be fully happy again.

I just don't know how to tho.
