This weekend was pretty wicked!
i feels like i spent most of it in movie theaters. haha im pretty sure i made up for that sunday.
went and saw inkheart friday night. i think im going to turn out like that old lady when i get to be her age. that character is now my hero. i think over all it was a pretty decent movie. aesthetically pleasing, anyway. it is definitely geared toward the preteen crowd.
saturday afternoon i went with my mom to an opera (lucia di lammermoore). it was really good. i wish i could have seen it at the met rather than on a movie screen in arkansas haha (it was one of those HD live at the met broadcasts). either way, it was wonderful. saturday evening we all finally got everything sorted out to go see coraline. it was really cute. again, geared toward the younger crowd, but im always down for stop-motion. the one we went to see was in 3d which was pretty cool. i think they could have done a little bit more with it, though.
sunday we ended up going to climb pinnacle mountain (if you want to call it a mountain haha). i thought i was going to die i was so tired, and scott had to walk me back down because the height was freaking me out haha. it was a ton of fun. we ended the day with sushi, which always rocks.
all in all it was a pretty busy, bad ass weekend.
the power in one of the buildings is out at school today so i didnt have to go to my last class. i also dont have class tomorrow because the only one i have is there and they wont be reopening it until wednesday. this means im missing a test....oh darn. haha not that im super worried about that test by any means, but it never hurts to look over stuff a little long. i have a bio test friday that im a little nervous about.
i guess really i should be working on school stuff now instead of sitting here refreshing pages that i know havnt changed.
