so, last night, my rommate joel and i went to a somewhat lame birthday party at the home of my friend kristina's boyfriend (my friend kristina also being joel's ex-girlfriend). was that complicated? i can't tell. anyway, i have absolutely no tolerance for alcohol anymore, even though i have been drinking more than usual lately, so i had a drink with dinner, a drink before the party, half a beer when we got there, about two or three shots of straight whiskey, and i shared 2 whiskey-and-cokes with joel...which really isn't all that much when you factor in the time frame and the fact that i ate a lot at dinner...but yet, i was pretty tipsy by the time we left.
i am so lame.
kristina went through the wendy's drive thru on our way home and bought me a frosty. yummmmmm.
i didn't go to bed until around 4:45, and then woke up at 9. YIPPEE! now i get to spend the day at the u of a law library. i am such a lucky duck.
on a side note, i ♥ my roommates. they rawk. and davy's momma bought a dining room table and chairs set for us yesterday, which is really exciting because now we can do some badass entertaining! teehee.
heh my mommy and i went to pei wei for lunch yesterday and as we left i surreptitiously grabbed a handful of fortune coo-kies and stuffed them in my purse ('cause that is what you do when you go to pei wei, duh!) and i just ate one with the fortune "generosity and perfection are your assets - and they show." that just cracks me up.
ok that's all. now it is your turn to write random boring stuffs for ME to read. . .
