Post Binge Restriction Planning

Okay so last night I completely effed up my diet. I can't belive I ate so much. See, in 15 days I'll be going to the beach with my whole school and it will in a  sense be like a premier of this summer's bikini body. I wanted to lose 4 pounds in 20 days. I planned on eating no more than 700 or 800 calories a day. The first three days went great: 575,675, 770 plus a decent amount of excercise. Unfortunately, yesterday I ate 2600 calories, and the bulk of that was in the evening, and was spent on frozen yogurt chips and a whole package of digestive cookies. It was an official nightmare for one like me who dreams of nothing but hipbones and flat abs. :O With only 5 days lefts of my 20 day boot camp, I"m going to have to take it up a notch! More excercise will probably be necessary as well as quite a few days in a row consist of 600 to 700 calories. Mygoal weight for the summer is 95 pounds. I am currently 99. I know it seems liek a small feat but now picture trying to accomplish this with parents that watch your every moves and are completely aware and opposed to your 'anorexic habbits' It takes a lot of irksome sneaking around to accomplish this. I hope I am up for the challenge. I haven't been as motivated as I should be lately, but now is the time to take action!
