Yea so last night me and Dennis were talkin on the phone, and he was saying how when we first started goin out, I had no fat on me. I was like Ugh so now I'm determined to work out like I used to. Back in the day. Like he didn't mean it meanly, cause he has no problem with my "fat" now, but, shit I sure as hell do.

100 sit-ups
100 crunchs
100 cross-over crunches
50+ leg lifts

That's the plan. Atleast 4 times a week. I did it two summers ago, I can do it again.
