Saturday:
Marty and Jen Reardon, Tara Campbell, and I were driving to Ellijay for the Alpha retreat. The car broke down somewhere in Jasper, and the 4 of us sat on the side of the road for a while until a cop gave us a ride to the nearest Waffle House (great pictures, btw). Eventually Marty's sister came and drove us to the retreat (which was the sweetest thing). Unfortunate circumstances for the Reardon's, but as long as I'm being honest, I had quite a bit of fun. The retreat was awesome, too.
Sunday was the Women's chorus concert. Eh.
MONDAY NIGHT MIRACLE WORKER!! I learned to knit... badly.
Today Eric, Devin, and I played music together. We covered "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter".
I am at the Seibel's house. The kids finally went to sleep.
The most terrifying moment of my life:
Jacob did a face-plant on the floor and came up with a bloody face.
I thought for sure both of our lives were over. I feel faint just thinking about it.
