(no subject)
I have not posted in a few days.
Nothing happening, honestly nothing, big ol' pile of nothing.
Another friend of mine is engaged, she's been waiting a few years, they are meant for each other.
There have been two awesome things this week:
1. I came home from a HUGE grocery shopping trip to Cory doing dishes, he cleaned out the front room and kitchen too. It was really nice. I still have another load of dishes, loads of laundry, towels to wash, the upstairs bathroom to completely clean, and update and turn in my resume.
2. With combining in-store coupons, minimum purchase requirements, manufactures coupons, and an offer for a free turkey (found an 18 pounder) with a minimum purchase...I saved $120.00...it was nice.
I'll be cutting up the turkey for Thanksgiving, then freezing the rest of it whole...I'll let it thaw out before Mom comes to visit, then I'll have her help me carve it, boil it, and make broth so I can freeze it for soups this next year. With how the economy is going I'm dealing with the fact that meat makes me skrinkle in my panties and get over it, free stuff is always great.
