Who DOES that?

Ok. So a few days ago I come back to my room and there's some girl talking outside my room on her phone very loudly. The way my suite is designed is there are 4 of us who live on the upstairs part and 10 people who live downstairs, where there is a kitchen, larger common area, etc. Basically, there really is no reason for anyone downstairs to come up here unless it is to hang out with me, my two friends who also live up here or the girl who lives up here with us. Yet, there she was, chatting very loudly on her cell phone ("oh, nuh uh, oh girl he DIDN'T" seriously... I wish I were kidding).

And I'm annoyed, but don't really want to deal with it, so I go into my room and listen to music. Today, my suitemate, Brad, tells me that he figured out why she was talking right outside of our doors. There was something going on downstairs so I'm guessing she wanted the quiet, but more importantly there is an outlet right outside our doors. So the girl wanted to plug her phone in while she talked on it.

How are we just figuring this out, two days later? Well plugged into that outlet is two things: Brad's phone charger and... our fridge. So when she decided to plug in her phone, she chose not to unplug Brad's charger (which, by the way, at the time was not charging a phone), she unplugged our fridge! And did not plug it back in again. I don't even know who she is, it was just such an awful act of annoyance/inconsideration. Totally awesome that all our food went bad. I want to punch her in the face.
