Woot!
Squee! Someone on the PTR managed to get to Illidan and record a video of the start of the encounter. Obviously one level 70 Blood Elf isn't sufficient to take down the Lord of Outland, even with Akama's help, but after she got one-shotted you can still see Akama fighting Illidan.
Unfortunately once the player is dead and the two NPCs start duking it out, the rest of the video is extremely repetitive and there's nothing special at the end so don't bother watching the whole thing once you get the idea. It's still awesome, though.

I was messing around on a lowbie alt last night and there was a guy in the Barrens playing hide and seek. He'd give out hints in general chat as to where he was, and the first person to find him within a certain time limit would supposedly win 100g.
Not too many people believed him about the money part (he was only like level 19 but could have had a rich main I suppose) but it was a fun idea so people humored him. Nobody found him in the first two spots he tried.
The third time like 3 people found him but he was AFK. >_< LOL! Then when he came back he said it was a "You're been punked" show he was recording for YouTube and nobody got any money.
But it was actually pretty amusing and people took it well--surprising, considering the average IQ of Barrens Chat. ;) Credit the RP server mentality for it, maybe.
