NEO-W00T!!!!
I was Neo-Christmas shopping a week or so ago for some gifts for a few friends, and I ran across a "Maverick Baseball Cap" that was a Ski Lodge Mystery contest prize a few years ago. It was in a user's store for like 8,900 NP. I had never seen one before, so I did a quick price check on the Shop Wizard, and all the others were in the unbuyable range. So I snapped it up. ^_^ I put it in the trading post for several days, just asking for NP or rare books. I had no idea what it was worth. After almost a week with no bids, I threw it in my store for 99,990. I still have no idea how much it's supposedly worth, but it sold today! W00T!!!! I got a 91,090 NP profit on it! XD I R0XX0RZZZ!!!!!111oneone1 ;) Er, well, more like I got lucky, but still...yipee!
In other news, my parents and I went shopping tonight. I caved in and bought an Aragorn action figure. He's supposed to be snarling and about to attack at Pelennor Fields, but I think it looks like he's about to sneeze. LOL! I also found another KYOOT Beanie snowman, and a pair of tiny Harry Potter and Hermione snowglobes on a clearance table for a few knuts. ;) The big spending was done at Borders, where I cleared out all but $4.77 from the three gift cards I had. I got the two newest Peach Girl manga, an awesome magazine about Return of the King with a sneak preview of Prisoner of Azkaban, a lil' book on goldfish that I *gasp* didn't have, and a little biography called "Conversations with J.K. Rowling." I ♥ gift cards to book stores. ^_^
I finished playing the scenario campaign on Age of Mythology: Titans. It was 85% as cool an compelling as the original, but I wish it had been longer. Oh well, can't be too greedy, I suppose. Those Titan units are so powerful that girly little me is actually a bit, um, well...scared of them. LOL! >_< The coolest part of the new Atlantean civ is that their trade caravans are LLAMAS!!! *squee*
