I've been working on the historical newspaper database a lot the last few days at my job, and I've made a couple of really hilarious typos. There were a few others that I can't remember, but those I do...
Real headline: [insert name here] Clinic one of 7 sites testing for Lyme Disease
My typo: [insert name here] Clinic one of 7 sites testing for Lame Disease

This one was in the notes field, not the headline field of the database...
