Woo!
I'm two chapters from the end of Return of the King. I put it aside back in January when school started up again, as I didn't want it to get lost amid the hectic pre-graduation crap. Now that I have time to give it the attention it deserves, I've plowed through it quite quickly.
No spoilers, but I will say this: geez, Tolkien has a lot of falling action. ;)
At least, I won't give you guys any spoilers. Unfortunately due to my nasty habit of websurfing I'd already found out most of the main plot points. :-p
Oh well, I've still been riveted to the darn book for hours on end, so obviously a little loss of suspense didn't hurt anything.
Also, may I just say that Aragorn is damn hot. Woo. ;)
Oh, one last thing...I don't care what Tolkien scholars say, Sam is sooooooooo gay. Not that that's a bad thing! He's a great, poignant character. But, well, if hobbit wore shoes he'd be light in them. ;) LOL
And now I REALLY can't wait for the movie in December! *bounces up and down*
