(no subject)
a happy post for once, when i keep my moans about school internalized and only say something that makes me smile.
i'm excited! our paper got accepted to the cognitive science 2005 conference. which is in italy this year. so i now have an awesome excuse to spend part of july in europe.
we only got accepted for a poster (the coolest papers get to give talks) but i'm really happy about that, because giving a talk (and then especially fielding questions afterwards) is really scary. the reviews of our paper at one point said something like "gallagher et al. find..." which is really cool to read. :)
more good news: i only have eleven more days of school! (thirteen if you count finals)
(nevermind that those thirteen days will take over five weeks to all occur)
