I just decided to do this because, well, I want to make more things creatively but I'm always so lazy and all. So, I thought this might help me in a way.

You wish you had a icon, blend, wallpaper, tutorial or anything else artistic of (a) certain picture(s)? and are unable to make it yourself

I have a question about your quotes moodthemes. Where do you go to get the styles for the quotes? I want to make my own, but I don't know where to go to make them. They are very lovely. Do you mind if I steal the idea? If not, do you know of a group that has all or mostly quoted mood themes? Thanks :-)

I'm not sure what you mean by styles but here's what I usually do... Seeing as a plain color background would be a bit boring, I go and look through my folders of icon textures. It's got to be one that is that too grungy or heavily colored, so that you'll still be able to read the text. Maybe lower the opacity of the background texture. The color of the text should be something that compliments the texture and not stand out too much while still being readable.

You can make them with the usual Photoshop/Paint Shop Pro/Gimp, like icons and stuff. It's just a different size. I prefer to have them somewhere around 90x50.

I've not yet come across a community or something similar with just quote themes. It seems to be a rare thing. Sure you can do something like this yourself. It's just an idea I had, since I love quotes myself. :)
