Sorry it took me longer to get back to you. My brief notes from your presentation:
* You did a great job! Very interesting topic, presented lively, interactively, even provocatively. Attempt at incorporating appropriately class concepts in the study. Good focused visual on a PP platform.
*Good intro into the purpose of the study - necessary reflection "why I chose this study."
*Good presentation of the problem with the Cinderella story analogy. Focused description of the opposing views on the issue at hand.
*Appropriate overview of alternative conflict management strategies.
*Relevant suggestions how to approach the problem. Good emphasis on changing the org. culture (eliminating the mentality "we've always done it this way").
