Truly Amazing!
Ahhh... So I am single again which has pretty much been amazing. I think more so that Im out of the relationship I was in more then the fact of being single, BUT both are great right now! Even though I am currently single, I have plans with someone, we just arent technically together right now since I JUST got out of a relationship. I just needed some time first to be able to go out to parties again and flirt and be free. Basically just brushing off the stress and tie downs of the last relationship.
On the other hand. I have found an online college that offers financial aid that I can go to starting next semester for my interior design course. Some of you may not know that is what Im going to college for. Although I dont need it to do what Im going to do it will be a lot of help to me and I can say that I did go to college and have bettered myself. Im going to move to Florida where I have been wanting to go since I came back from Georgia. When I do move I intend to find a job for a little bit maybe just something I can do from home, but then when I have some backup money I am going to start flipping houses with my very own personal carpenter at my side! So things are gonna turn out pretty perfect for me! Im going to be flipping houses with the love of my life who knows how to do all of the things I need to do for flipping houses. He can show me how to do all the hard work and I can make all the designer decisions while also learning how to do more. I figure we can make about 200,000 a year doing three houses a year. Thats a lot of money!! So I will be putting money back and hopefully be having my own personalized house atleast started before I am even 30. Im SO excited! I get to be where I want to be, with the one person I want to be with, doing what Ive been dreaming of doing with my life!!! I will be able to have everything Ive wanted! Its gonna be SO great!
So basically, in general... my life has taken an AMAZING turn and I am REALLY happy! First time Ive been able to honestly say that!
