Hey, just wanted to say "hi".
   Down to 120 lbs, I've been keeping track of food intake.  I made a food diary on my email so my boyfriend couldn't see it.

Roughly I would say that I'm taking in about 200-400 cal a day.  And yeah for me, I have almost cut out the cappacinos.  And I'm drinking more water.  But I must say there has been some stress @ home, so that's helping to keep my intake to a min.  You know how it goes, eating is like the last thing when you're under stress.  And I'm trying this new tea to speed digestion and metoblism, keep your fingers crossed.  I'll update and let everyone know how well (if at all) it works.
