Joan the Tutor
Tomorrow Joan will be responsible for guiding the blossoming minds of chemistry.
Not all the blossoming minds, mind you, just the college freshmen, and really just the freshmen who go to the CLUE tutoring service from 9-12 Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
But it sounds so much more prophetic when I say it as if it was all minds.
I'm excited and more than a little nervous.
It has been a while since my gen-chem days, the subject I will be tutoring in. I only hope I can remember what's what. I also hope I don't get the little snot who's goal is to make you look stupid. 'Cause I can tell you now, from what I remember of general chemistry (which was over 2 years ago), that won't be very hard.
