Home, home on the range.

It's been an eventful weekend thusfar. I drove home Friday after history, getting down here around six. Ate dinner and went to Oakland with Becky looking for a Prom dress. We hit up Marshall Field's first and pulled a crapload of dresses off the rack for her to try on. Seriously, she put the second one on, and that was IT. It was OVER. She tried on the rest of them, and some in other stores, but nothing was even close to that dress. Red, halter top, A-line...beautiful. She looks like a movie star in it, seriously. Pictures posted soon. So we went to leave and found out quickly that it was pouring out. Thunderstorming, actually, with sheets of rain. We're too impatient to hang around until it let up, so we bundled our coats and purses, rolled up our pants, and booked it to my car, which was pretty much as far away as it could be. We drove to Krispy Kreme and got some donuts, and when we came out...it had completely stopped raining. Like it never had been. We were in there for all of about five minutes. So we came home and Lisa and Jason came over. We hung around for awhile and then I went to sleep.

Woke up around 9:30 this morning and went over with my mom and bought The Dress. Then we went to Dick's and I got new golf clubs! Picked Becky and Curt up from Goldfish at 1:00, then took a nap for awhile. My grandma came over and I chatted with her for awhile, then went to dinner with my mom. Cleaned the bathroom, and watched the Kid's Choice Awards (so I'll have something to talk about in class on Tuesday), and here I am now. I'm going to pick up Lisa in a few minutes.

Tomorrow...driving range with Becky and Sonia and back to Alma around 11...percussion ensemble at three...and FINISHING my education project.
