So, I've been feeling worse and worse about myself as I slowly gain weight back, which makes me feel defeatist, which makes me more prone to eat in a "what the hell, I'm gaining anyway" kind of attitude. So, I weighed myself this morning, and I'm going to get body fat % checked this week then.... I'm not looking again for the whole month. Instead, I've created the following list of fitness goals for the month.
Run a 9 minute mile on the treadmill.
Do 80 sit-ups in 2 minutes (previously able to do 62)
Do dips on the assisted dip machine with only 125lbs of help (currently at 140lbs)
Curl 25lbs per arm, three reps of 20 (currently 15lbs)
Bench 30lbs per arm, three reps of 20 (currently 15lbs)
Squat with 95lbs, three reps of 20 (currently at 65lbs)
Hamstring curl 50lbs, three reps of 20 (currently at 30lbs)
Hip adductor at 75lbs (currently at 55lbs)
Hip abductor at 75lbs (currently at 55lbs)
