164lbs this morning. that's a 10+ pound gain since March.

Time to buckle back down on calories, since my working out has remained pretty consistent.

Hey Phil. I agree with your thoughts. A pure weight goal has never been my plan, always a health standard. The problem is two fold. One, while I've still been working out consistently, it's not been as intense since I had to stop having a personal trainer due to finances. Second, I'm not at work, where I have limited food availability, and limited opportunities to eat. Now I'm around the house all the time, surrounded by food. Bad combo. So, I'm eating less healthily, and more, and am actually getting more lethargic and bigger again, body definitely not still looking better, body fat percentage definitely going up. So, what I'm doing is this. I've weighed myself this morning, and some time this week I'll get a trainer to check my body fat... then I'm not looking again until the end of the month. And, instead of a weekly weight goal, I've created a list of fitness goals by the end of the month, when I'll check weight and body fat again as well. I'm ok not losing weight because of muscle gain, if body fat is going down.

Sorry for the small novel!
