Installation
Oh, my God! There were way too many people at installation last night. I wasn't nervous but it didn't help poor mom who gets really nervous. I think it was awesome to see so many people there. I have one worry now though. Candice brought up a good point...Where are we going to put people for our installation after I'm installed as GWA in June? There is no more room in that assembly room. Well, we'll cross that bridge when the time comes. Remember, its all pending elections in June! Mother McMahan is our new mother advisor. I was pretty sure it was her but mom wouldn't tell me since it is always a suprise for the assembly. We actually did not have enough seats in the dinning room because 2 of the tables were broken so we couldn't use them. It was a good thing though that mom got some extra food because we used 99% of the food we had there. I still have 2 more installations to go this week but at least they're easy. I get to do Marshal tonight at New Hope and Chaplain tomorrow at Fenton. Not a big deal at all! Today is going to be such a long day though. After my very boring class, I get to go home and do the 20 pages of reading for this class, eat lunch, update my scrapbook before I loose everything, iron my formal, and sometime type some papers for my mom since the big computer is dead and thats where the files are. Its a really bad situation. I don't have a floppy drive in my laptop and thats where mom's papers are so I have to retype them for her so she can give them to Mother McMahan. I guess that means tomorrow I better do my still life for my art class. That way I only have 2 projects left to complete for that class. The one is a grid drawing of a picture of me and the other is a pen-and-ink drawing. The second is fun...I'm nervous about the grid drawing though. Well, I'll do the others first and then worry about the other drawing. The best thing is that I have nothing to do all next week. I have my field placement on Monday after class and there is the board meeting. Other than that, besides class I have nothing to do next week and it is wonderful. Can you believe it that I am actually going to be able to sit and relax for a while. Sometime before monday dad and I have to watch "Surface" so I can tape it for him since he'll be at the board meeting. We have so much taped this week because of installations. We have "Surface", "Lost", "Invasion", and tonight I have to tape "CSI" which means that sometime this weekend between Amaaranth day and the annual meeting at chruch I have to find 3 hours to watch stuff. Mom will watch "CSI" but the other 3 is just dad and me so we have to do it while she is sleeping this weekend. I know there was something else but right now I can't remember so when I do I'll write it down!
