Writer's Block: Fearsome
When I was a kid, we watched this movie called Batteries Not Included. All I really remember is that there were tiny robot alien dudes. And that the apartment building that all the characters lived in burned down like a motherfucker. Which led to a joyous period in my life where I was really really scared that if I went to sleep our house would burn down. And then when I was slightly older I read a Goosebumps book where this girl dreamt that her house burnt down and then woke up and was all 'phew! glad that was just a dream! hey, I think my new neighbour is a ghost!' and then finally realised that SHE was the ghost because her dream was real and she died and then didn't even realise it :-(
So, yes, fire.
