Something strange happened to me yesterday. I went to McDonald's for dinner (Big Mac meal, yummy!) and they actually gave me napkins!!! But it's not like they just gave me napkins for that meal, I think they gave me a year supply of napkins. 11 napkins if you'd like to get technical. The way I see it is... normally they give you none, and if you're lucky they give you one, so ELEVEN is a whole lot. If you figure you go to McDonald's say every other week, that's 26 times a year, and if you average .5 napkins per visit thats 13 napkins a year, so yep, I got nearly a year supply of napkins from McDonald's! of course, I'd much rather get a year supply of donuts from Krispy Kreme, or a year supply of money (other than student loans or other monies I am required to pay back), but hey, I'll enjoy my napkins just the same.

Anywho, I went home for two days over the weekend. It was much needed and much enjoyed. I am in a better mood and I am trying to stay more positive and much less emotional. Let me know if I get off track anytime soon.

OH MY GOSH!!! I cannot believe Mario quit American Idol. He was my favorite!!! However, I did like Nikko and I didnt' think he should have been voted off so soon so I am glad that he's gotten a second chance from it. I wonder what theme AI has in store for us tonight. I'm excited!

Alright, time for the every-now-again vehicle survey. I am, as always, jumping the gun here, but nevertheless it's on my mind so here goes. I am trying to figure out what the future holds for me and my el trucko. I'm not sure if I want to keep Charlie (actually, I know I want to keep him) and do some modifications/upgrade type things to him, which at this point I'm thinking would cost me $3000-$3500, for the things I want. This includes a full body kit, wheels, tires, and a tonneau cover, amongst other little things. It would make him different from other '95 Toyota Tacomas, and just more fun for me. I am hoping that in any scenario I can keep him, or at least give him to dad since technically he paid for him and he'd probably enjoy driving him anyway. But the other option would be to spend that $3000-$3500 (not that I actually have it now) on a down payment on a new, or very near new, vehicle, most likely a bigger Toyota truck. I am into the being "different" thing, as in the girl with the truck, or the girl with the souped up, fast car... but not so much that I stick out like a sore thumb. And I also need to be sure that I don't get too carried away and end up in debt or with expensive things that I change my mind on after a short amount of time. So if anyone has any insight, please share with me. Keep in mind I will be TRYING my best to not pursue this until after I am done with my masters and have a decent job.
