I want to say a quick yeehaw for Shanick who finally got to see her first snowfall!! I just think snow is soooooo cool.
I also want to encourage anyone who didn't get the email from Lisa to help her sister out with raising money to do a 3-day (60 mile) walk for Breast Cancer. She is doing it to honor her aunt who has survived and needs to raise $2100. Last night I went to Moroso (the drag strip) with Christine and Joel. Joel brought his CRX out there to see how it compares to the other cars. Well, he did awesome and it was a lot of fun. Joel ran a 13.34s quarter mile, a personal best! He knocked all the other CRXs out of the water. And he pretty much did better than a lot of the other cars that were there. It's really cool b/c Joel rebuilt the whole darned thing after it died a year or so ago. Let's see what happens when he gets the good tires. Fun stuff. It was really awesome to see all the other cars out there, there are some really really nice ones! I only wish Joel had been able to go more than twice. Oh yeah, also hope the guy who crashed is ok.
What else? Ah yes, I can see the floor in my bedroom again. Still have some stuff to put away but my room is improving. I can't believe that whenever I really try to clean up I just make it worse. It's a daunting task.
That's about it for now. I am actually going to go study now. Weird, I know!
