Time to crack down
I need to start getting crap done. Starting... tomorrow. Well, honestly, that's the soonest I have appreciable free time. But as it's been weeks since I've gotten a good night's sleep without spending 12 hours or more in the attempt, it might not be pretty.
I finally talked to the people at work, and they have apparently realized just how much make-work crap I've been doing because they've been giving everyone else the jobs that take experience (when I'd bet I have more experience than two thirds of my fellow student employees, and we just lost another employee recently) so they're going to look around for another long term project for me that involves more than knowing my alphabet and how to count to a hundred. I'm so grateful for my BA, hurrah. Three months until internship, I'll live.
I really am looking forward to moving out and finally having all my belongings in the same place for the first time in well over a decade (at the moment, my stuff is scattered over three places and two states).
I need a vacation. The good news is that I get almost a full week off for Easter. The bad news is that it's so far away.
