http://www.elca.org/peacenotwalls/alraja/ They're now stuck here, as they can't go home. And the chances of this letting up by the end of their tour at the end of July is... nil?
In other news, technology is a wonderful thing. I have now found a power outlet next to one of the tables at the library I can use, which means I can be online for longer than two hours at a time. I'm also working on building up an offline library of literary favorites so I can read them without internet access, which I'm sure will come in handy (and goes a lot faster than it did for my palm pilot). I'm torn at the moment between going home and copying my list of books from my desktop or just building an entirely new library on the laptop, as all the ones on the desktop are just text files and the ones I'm after now are full webpages and much easier to read.
Also, check out OpenOffice.org if you haven't already. Handy little program, I don't need to worry about getting a copy of MSOffice for this computer now.
