One day down!
Hey!
I'm officially a working girl! Today was fun...can't say we did much in the way of 'work', but it was fun. Turns out one woman I work with is the mother of a really nice girl I went to LVR with...no wonder she looked familiar. My boss, Dawn, is SO sweet...we chatted all day..we had lunch at my desk for an hour, and chatted alot about high school and about babies, lol.
I got a mini tour of the Village, and its really cute. There's a lot of cleaning up we'll have to do before it opens for the Spring, but I'm looking forward to it. I got to meet all the animals---4 sheep (Minnie, Arielle, Buffy and Socks), a bunch of horses, chickens, ducks, 2 goats and a cat. One horse knocked off one of the beams on the fence and tried to make a break for it. It was kinda funny.
I think I'll really like it there, the people are awesome.
Ummm...lets see. Watched the People's Choice Awards last night. The winners were predictable and it was kind of boring, but it was a nice show. I was glad to see Renee Zellwegger and Will Smith win, and of course Shrek 2.
Didn't watch the show with the mini-Spears yet.
Cameron was adorable on ITAS, I loved it. I admire any person who is just totally herself, no matter the setting. A college lecture setting with a very formal host doesn't make her stop being Cameron. She had a few really funny lines in there too...especially her favorite curse word. And the fact that 'laughter' turns her on made me smile, given the fact that she's called Justin the 'funniest man alive'. *thumbs up*
What to watch tonight? I think there's a good Lifetime movie on..."Dawn Anna" or something? I see commercials for it ALL the time, so why not check it out.
