i love fridays.. and kevin's crazy friends.. always a good combination..
hey guys.. i feel pretty worthless when i write most of these entries.. haha talking about how i wake up at like 1:00pm.. yeah that's what time i got up today.. well like 1:15pm cause rachel called me and wanted to know who sings the song mocking bird.. more on that later if i remember.. anyway.. so yeah then i called her back and told her it was carly simon, or something (who sings mocking bird). then she said that i should come over and meet patrick (her boyfriend) because i didn't get to meet him the other day when i was supposed to.. so i got ready to go over there and in the process, she called me and was like "wait, i forgot that i have an appointment to go get my eyebrows waxed.. so i'll call you when i get back to my house.." and i was like "ok." so then i ran some errands for my mom. i picked up her map for her trip to see her parents. she's flying into a city near them, but then she has to drive a little ways too. then i dropped off the movie i had rented. then i went to pick up some make up and i got free blush with it, so that was cool. then i went to kelly's house to drop off her little bag of free stuff from when we went to work with my dad.. it was like a bunch of stuff they give you for coming.. it had a lot of cool stuff. i got one too. haha. so then we went to the galleria.. walked around.. bought some stuff.. i got pajama shorts and like these capri-type pants from american eagle.. oh and this cute wallet thing. and then we passed by pacsun and kelly saw drew! haha he works there and so we went in to see him.. and we chatted for a bit and then i bought some perfume that i have. lilu. smells really good in case you were wondering. haha then we left. and then we went to charlotte russe. i got some bracelettes and kelly got some sunglasses.. then me and kelly went to dinner with kelly's grandparents at the grand lux cafe. omgoodness that restaurant is so good. then i took kelly home. and then i went to rachel's house and met patrick. he's cool. haha amalie saw my car and she was really excited. (amalie is rachel's sister). she's so cool haha. and then we went to the movies. we saw batman begins. it was pretty good. and then i took them home. and then i called jami back because she called me during the movie.. and i was on the phone with her when i got home and i was walking up my driveway.. and kevin was having a party and like all his friends were in the driveway by our patio and they were like "katie.. are you WASTED?" cause all of them were.. haha and i was like "no.. but YOU guys are.." haha.. and then chloe started talking to me.. yeah w/e.. and then vince just kept shouting "katie" and "what's the deal katie" randomly.. and kevin was like "what's going on katester?" and i was like "not much.." and then powers (matt powers) was like "are you a lil wasted there?" and i was like "no.." haha i just drove home guys.. ((oh meanwhile i am still on the phone with jami..)) and then frank was like "katie! you look a lil wasted man.." [i don't know what their obsession with me being wasted is..] but yeah and i was like "YOU look wasted frank.." and he was like "what's that supposed to mean?" haha and i was like "nothing, frank.. except that you look pretty wasted.." haha and he was like "haha i LOVE you katie!" and i was like "i love you too frank.." haha and then i went inside because they are too funny.. but damn.. how many times did i just say wasted.. haha.. that's about all those crazy kids do.. get wasted.. but i love them all so much. haha so then i was like "jami?" haha and she was still there and we talked for like an hour.. we talked about a lot of stuff.. ex-boyfriends, work, what i've been doing, that we need to hang out, boyfriends in general, you know.. a good session of girl talk. yeah and then she had to go to bed because she is sleepy from working so damn much. yeah. all in all i must say it was an awesome day. and awesome because that last sentence rhymed! haha go me.. didn't mean to do that. but yeah.. damn i think i talked about just about everybody in this entry.. haha ohh wait i almost forgot to tell you guys the mockingbird story.. it's a good one, trust me.. haha ok so you guys have read about mark mixon, that famous kid, in my journal, right? well if you haven't, you haven't been reading it enough.. so here goes.. one time back in the day, me and kevin and mark were all driving around and we were listening to a cd that mark had made kevin.. and when mark makes you a cd he usually puts some random shit on there just because he is mark and he can. so we were listening to it and all of the sudden "mockingbird" by carly simon comes on.. so mark proceeds to sing along.. except he was singing it like this "mock - ing - bird - yeah - .." and me and kevin were laughing because that is so now even how it goes.. so then kevin goes "mark! it goes 'mock - yeah, ing - yeah, bird - yeah, yeah - yeah' .. any idiot knows that.." haha and then mark was like looking at kevin and he just laughed and kept singing it his way.. haha.. but yeah maybe you all didn't enjoy reading about that story as much as i enjoyed telling it.. but i asure you it was funny if you were there, or if you've heard the song and you know what i'm talking about.. haha alright guys.. that's about it for now.. that story reminded me of so many good times me and mark and kevin had and katie sias.. out at the deer lease.. and omgoodness.. i won't get into that.. but yeah, alright, good night guys. much love, xoxo
