Because Periods Don't Suck Enough...
...Tampax decided to piss off a sexually-deprived, vaginally-bleeding Katie and change the packaging and shape of tampons. I just bought a box of 50 and am totally screwed. It feels like putting some sort of weapon in my body.
First off, they decided to take out the convenient floss that neatly opens the paper wrapping so you don't destroy the thing before gametime...so now it's just this tube of paper that you have to wrestle with (ever so gently, mind you) so you can get it out, but also not accidentally push the cotton out of the tube, making your efforts useless in the end.
They also made the applicator shorter...no more comment needed. WTF. Seriously.
I'm pissed. And I'm bleeding. Dammit.
