Only three months late...
...after multiple last-minute delays, and an hour and forty-five minutes later than arranged for today, my reupholstered couch is here. It looks fine, whatever, I honestly barely care at this point. (The cushions make kind of an odd noise, but if that doesn't go away with use I can always get new inserts, I don't care, I wanted this whole process to be OVER oh my God.) Have I posted about the terrible consumer experience this has been? I know I didn't post about the last couple of weeks of ridiculousness, which I will not go into at this point because it's bad for my blood pressure and will not lead to me being a better person.
I was going to be productive tonight and cook but instead I am going to reward myself with Indian food and then chocolate-peanut butter gelato. (I bought the gelato yesterday when I thought I would be able to celebrate with it last night. BUT NO. So, whatever, I had some for breakfast this morning.)
It is a lovely gray velvet. Needs pillows though.
