So this weekend went well - Megan's birthday parties went off without a hitch and I ate a lot of food. I also had the grand pleasure of meeting up with Caitlin and staying in a Cosi sandwich place until they closed. I got back early Sunday evening in time to make it to the Pottery Barn World Class Meeting where we learned about some of the products and went over the "GUEST" procedure. Don't ask...
I'm slowly but surely getting all caught up with my work and reading and this weekend will be all about getting a whole lot done. It'll feel so much better to finally do that.
My dad and my brother are heading down to see my aunt in Alabama which is really good. From what I understand she'll be doing really badly one day and the next day will be better, so I'm not sure what's going on. She's a tough lady, that's for sure. I'm glad that they'll be able to see her for the next few days; I just hope that there isn't any drama with my mom, that would be really petty. It's sad when the parents start acting childish and the kids have to become the grown-ups.
Tessa and Caitlin are officially coming to visit October 21-23 which is very exciting, especially after all the confusion and rescheduling on my part - so sorry about that, again. And that'll be just after all my midterms so it'll be perfect timing. I might have to work on either that Saturday or Sunday, but I'm sure I can work something out with them so that I don't have to work too long or too late.
