I'm *kind of* a big deal...

So the move-in was successful and classes have begun. How is it September already? Boston is GORGEOUS and it really feels like I never left in the first place. I've been having a great time so far, but it has been a bit stressful moving everything in and getting settled. Brett, Christine and the kids drove me up and moved me in on Saturday and stayed until Monday morning. I'm definitely going to miss them, but I'm really happy to be back in a place where I'm surrounded by friends and there's always something going on.
I met my new roommate, Mandy, on Sunday and she's super nice: she's a year younger from Maryland. Judging by her DVD collection (Anchorman, Napoleon Dynamite, Love Actually, Office Space) I think we'll get along very well. Rori and I have been hanging out a lot, as she is living basically across the street from me. Her apartment is awesome! I've seen Marisa and Craig and they're both great. I'm just so happy to be back at school!
Classes are going to be interesting. I'm not sure about my Psych classes (they start tomorrow), but my Philosophy classes are going to be... an experience. Andrea, you would die if you had one of my Philosophy professors: he's Chinese and has a really think accent. Philosophy is a hard enough subject to grasp anyway, but the accent? C'mon!
So I won't bore you with the rest of my life's goings-on. Oh and just a quick side note: I did something I've never done before today. I gave a guy my phone number. Weird...
