last week summary:

lay on my back alot, spent $350 on medical bills.

saw coopy, he is a cute baby

hung out with my mum alot. my pa's house is being auctioned this weekend. she got a letter from the solicitors and cried for hours. sometimes i wonder if she'll ever be 100% happy again. she has her good days, but i can just see it in her, she's always thinking about her dad and it makes me so upset that i can't do anything about it. can time heal all wounds?

took care of marty's dad after his operation. i got him little meals, and tea and coffee. made sure he took his medicine at the right times. it was good to take care of someone else.

went to the dentist after six years. all perfect, thorough clean and xrays another $170.

caught the hell bus out to the airport to pick up ricky, and then a $60 cab to anna's. awesome add that to my week's accumulated debt.

went to xenon's birthday, sometimes i worry he wont make it to 30.
went to lambs go bar. saw a heap of people i hadn't seen in aaages. one presstone, one carlson, one shane carter and a lovely wife tara, one bek and matt dynamic duo, one ashlie and scott team awesome. it was rad to see everyone and catch up.

jaks' birthday double suprise awesome party. she is the loveliest little lady. double suprise KJ and LAPTOP! double venue. double fun. so many smiling faces. i wore the pretty in pink dress amy bought me, i love that she thinks of me when shopping. got to chat to rhys, mica, a very drunk ryan, callum, carlson and a tonne of other cool people.

sunday set up ricky and phil on a skate date. sat on the side reading a book, more like a mum than a ramp tramp. got a bit burnt so moved into the shade. bret easton ellis is a revered author for a reason.

made dinner with ricky, watched tv.

things that are pissing me off:

i'm angry about the american government's pathetic response to hurrican katrina.

i'm furious that the australian government gave twice as much money to the richest country in the world, than to pakistan. i guess pakistani lives are worth even less than those poor americans.

i'm sick of the australian government's propoganda about the great new changes to IR that will take our rights back about 100 years. fantastic, next they'll be sending women home to cook for men.

i'm constantly amazed by:

martina my best friend and soul mate. she ferried me around to doctors on her one full day off until christmas. she cooked me food and brought me hot water bottles. i don't know what i'd do without her.

jaks awesome outfits and sunshine personality, she's a delight and a joy. i can't wait to try out our new yoga mats.

amy, ashile and nina for buying me clothes or finding me things to purchase on ebay or around the world. it's like having three personal shoppers on duty!

work is super busy. all my projects are hovering along though, so it's a good kind of busy where i feel productive and useful.

adelaide this weekend, sydney the next!

woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

love
