Maybe baby...
I realised on the way in to work this morning that I was wearing both an Empires t-shirt AND an Empires hoodie and felt stupid for about ten seconds, until it occurred to me that there was pretty much no chance of me running into someone that would realise this. Thumbs up.
chaletian and I are going to see Harry P tonight, so that should be fun. Good old Orange Wedneday - where would we be without it? I sort of want to get ice cream too but that is piggish and bad of me - I'll see how I feel when confronted with Ben & Jerry. Other things that are currently pleasing to me are:
♥ The new Panic! at the Disco song
♥ Press Gang! For some reason I have had a recent resurgence of love on that front. &Spike/Lynda; &Kenny&Lynda; &Mr Sullivan; Liss is hopefully getting her DVDs back soon and when she does I think I'll mainline it all happily. He'd slay a dragon for her!
♥ My new moustache ring. Look upon it and weep, people who don't have one. My friend at work got it in a goody bag at the roller derby he went to (roller derby! how cool is that?) and didn't want it, so I claimed it. It's awesome.
♥ The American Graffiti soundtrack. It's REALLY quiet in here so I'm listening to it to stop me going mad. I love 50s pop and I'm having a hard time stopping myself dancing in my seat.
In other news, there was a student in here asking about books to study for his resits with. His parents were with him and they were NOT happy. To be fair, I think even my parents would have been a bit upset if I had 3 resits out of 5 or 6 modules, but I still felt sorry for him. I gave him the reading lists for his modules to start him off. Although the fact he didn't have them already speaks volumes to me about why he may have failed. Just a thought.
I've got proper bad disco leg today - it's well annoying.
