3 Little Birds made me realise I will follow B.Urie pretty much anywhere - I am a sucker for a boy who can really belt out a tune and he can sure do that. Plus they recorded a song to make us feel better, guys! ♥ But I really want to hear Ryan and Jon's stuff too and I'm interested in seeing (hearing) where both pairs (lol typed "pairings" the first time - that is not RL, self) go musically. I'm still going to read fic and hopefully people will still write it - and write more of it! There will be 2 sets of canon, plus all the band-healing sex and future fic! :D!
I am a queer fish, though. I will happily (if I am on my own) weep at films and books and even fic on occasion, but actual things that happen in RL never really evoke an emotional reaction in me. Except Heath Ledger dying, for some reason I will never understand. That was a weird evening. I love Panic but I'm not really upset by this news - in a RL context, I didn't even get weepy at my sister's wedding! I am an android Y/MFY?
Anyway, enough of that. We went to Bordeaux today and got rained on while I was wearing my shitty tennis shoes with the holes in the soles. I had wet feet all day. I went to Fnac to buy an actual copy of the Coeur de Pirate album (♥) and while I was there found an ice skating film called De feu et de glace (Of Fire and Ice) starring a French pop star - I'm looking forward to watching it SO MUCH!!!!!! But I am going to save it till I get home so chaletian can share in the glory too. I'm just that good a friend.
It is 8.30 and I am still not hungry. At some point soon my dad is going to start making worried noises about me not eating and fretting about me wasting away. &My dad; - he is such a mother hen!
I have a strange urge to listen to The Libertines. &CarlandPete; I was never in Libs fandom - was there actual goodfic there? Hmm.
