So, picture the scene. I'm pottering about, finishing off getting ready for work. Possibly I'm cleaning my teeth, I don't quite remember. "See you tonight" calls Laura as she opens the door. Only to scream like a little girl. Reader, she actually scared me. Turns out there's a big fat ginger cat sitting on our doorstep. Those familiar with the Squeen may know of her fear of cats. I am never allowed a cat. Not even when we are old and mad and living together will I be allowed a bevy of cats in order to fulfil my dream of being the mad old cat lady, oh no. I am to make do with china cats. Anyway, I digress. Laura gathered her courage in both hands and stepped out past the cat onto the landing and was away to work. Well done her.
Five minutes later when I went out to go to work, the cat was still there. It looked so sad, with its big beautiful eyes looking up at me. Plus I had to be quite careful not to trap its paws in the door when I shut it, it was that close. I tried to get it to move and it wouldn't, but I gave it a good stroke and prod and it didn't cry so I assume it isn't hurt. I'm still not quite sure why it was there, though. Has it got the wrong building and thinks it's outside its own house? Cats are usually cleverer than that, but I've known some stupid cats in my time, so you never know. I almost want it to be there when I get in tonight, but I doubt Liss would let me let it inside so there's little point in that. So that was the highlight of my morning.
Or so I thought. I had to be in work earlier than usual this morning and a cause de that, I ended up on the same bus as my schoolboy crush!! Not that I noticed him till he was getting off though, pah. Black hair at the moment. Very nice. And still veeeee pretty. He's got to be Upper Sixth now. That's OK... right? (I'm so bad, but never mind.)
New Supernatural to watch tonight!! Assuming I can find a download, obviously. No torrents for me as there are still no internets at FT. Post hadn't been when I left this morning, though, so you never know.
Good kiss there from Jack and Ianto. Nice full-on snog - that's what we like to see. Gwen is annoying the occupants of FT more this season. Rah. Also, Liss: Tommy was in Emmerdale, which is why I recognised him and you didn't.
