Good day
Today has been a great day!
I remembered this story my mom told me today. This is how it went! I asked my mom how her day was, she told me that she had gone to the doctors with my father who is getting ready for hip replacement surgery next week and was going through some pre-opp stuff. She said that it took about four hours long, and how the waiting area was so worm, and she had been so tired that she feel asleep and later woke up and moved to another area so she could get a drink of water. She said to me on the phone that she never really knew how my father felt those 6 long years of waiting for her in those hospital areas, how uncomfortable the seats were, how the hospital food was terrible. But he had sat there time and time again for everything she went through and for the first time in her life she felt what it was like for him.
I guess her telling me this story really makes you think! I think about all the things I would miss if it was gone tomorrow. Or if the people who are in my life now, wernt here tomorrow. My Dad sat and waited for her always by her said! Now she is doing the same thing for him! Funny how love is when you have been married for so long! -I cannot hope and wish that someday i too will find that love.
I cant wait for finals week to be over! I hope that i do well in my classes! I need to start caring again! Like I care but at the same time I need to get my act in gear! Mkt 360 is going to kill me, I can already tell! Wish me luck!
J and I havent been fighting a lot! Well, if you dont count today and well yesterday then yes, we are doing okie! He is such a great friend!!
Its now freaking 12:51 and I cant go to sleep, I should be working on my take home final! But instead, I'm doing my effing live journal! Go Figure!!
Well, I'm off to bed now! Good night!!
