update
So it's been a while...
Subbing has gone pretty well, I've actually really enjoyed it. However I now know that I do NOT want to teach little kids and am really glad I dropped the elementary ed concentration. Too bad school got out, now I'm jobless despite about 2 dozen applications I have filled out.
Paul was around for about two weeks, which was absolutely awesome. It was great being able to spend time with him every day. He also got to meet a bunch of my exeter girls, like Lisa Wray, Erica, Morgan, Courtney, Katie Ryan, and the one and only Ginny (which was nice because up until that time he had really only met guys and I think he was starting to wonder if I had any female friends :)) Sadly, he had to return to Jersey for a little while, but he'll be back in Boston with most of the other NU kids next weekend.
Michelle invited a bunch of us down to her beach house last weekend, and despite me being bad luck for cars, it was a good weekend. It was good to see everyone and just relax on the beach. And really, nothing is better than sitting on a deck a block of the ocean with a bunch of friends eating burgers and dogs and sipping on a cold beer. Hell, I don't even really like beer but the moment was perfect.
Been trying to see Renee when the schedules permit it, unfortunately it keeps raining on our planned "beach days," but one of these times the weather will work with us and we'll be able to go look hot on Jenness beach.
Not much of excitement is coming up, except for the Aerosmith concert next week (wahoo!). I can't wait, not only for the concert itself but to be able to spend some time with Renee and Robin. I can't believe how fast summer is going by, it's almost the end of June already! Hope everyone is doing well, and if anyone has a plan to get me out of the Exeter area for a little while, please let me know!
