procrastination and revenge
I forgot how much I hate writing papers for school. Well, not really that I hate it, I'm just so good at procrastinating, and never really feel like doing it. I have two papers due on Thursday. One's on unilateralism in US foreign policy and the movie High Noon (yeah... I know) and the other one is part of a group project and my part's on the concept of jihad in Islam, which I somehow have to make only 2 pages. But I am determined to finish the first draft of these today. I'm barricading myself in the library to do so, but will be text messaging people to avoid doing work.
I'm going to Rochester, NY on Saturday to visit
jackieocean for Week of Awesomeness, Episode Three: Revenge of the Katie. I'm soooo looking forward to it. So far what we have planned is: going to Build-a-Bear to build Supernatural themed bears, sledding in the park by her house, making sugar cookies, I get to meet her new boyfriend (so possibly a trip to Syracuse, where he lives), and there might be me drinking five cups of coffee in a row and seeing what happens. We have also both noted that we don't have many photos of us together, and ones that we do have, I don't like, so there will be lots of goofy pictures taken, and we will most definitely share them.
