CAN YOU HELP ME!!??

Ok I'm over my iPod, it's giving me the fuckin shits. I need help people. My iPod has decided to make doubles of EVERY SINGLE SONG!!! What the hell. I don't use iTunes, I use a winamp extension/Pluggin... whatever. But when i try to delete the duplicates,.... it deletes both copies.... I hate it.... just work dammit
