I got my first notification today, as well as my first rejection.
The Email was weird, and I don't know how to feel about the fact that they offered to send my application to their completely unfunded MA, but I'm not heartbroken and weeping or anything. This is the first, so give it time, but I'm coping pretty well. If I stop to let myself think about it, I get a terrible sense of disappointment, so I'm just trying not to do much thinking on it at all after tonight. Repression is the more expediant option.
Waiting to hear from the rest now, and going to bed, because I'm sleepy.
