Thank God for Thanksgiving!
Wow, i didn't realize how redundant and cheesy that Subject must sound (considering all the thankfulness going on in it) but i'm too lazy to change it and i figure everyone will be a-ok. I am dead, cannot wait for some free time to just sleep, ah...took a nap today and it felt good. I need to read more, i just don't have time, and that's sad, cause reading's just an awesome way to refresh oneself, i need to take up that habit again. (i only thought of that cause i actually read a whole book yesterday (for a book report, don't have time to just read for fun)). Oh yeah, for you who don't know, i had a purty dang cool weekend. I flew to California on friday in a private jet and interview Oliver North! it was pretty cool...he's a super nice guy and didn't make me feel nervous at all. Cali is gorgeous, about 70 degrees, spend the morning there looking at Westmont. Got home the same day at 3:30 and then went to a retreat up somewhere in NW washington. (seattle-ish area) It was a leadership conference, which meant i was one of the youngest ones there, but it was still super good and reminded me of some stuff i'd forgotten, and showed me some stuff i'd never even thought of. (always a good thing for a retreat to do). wow, i've actually posted twice in the same week, proud of myself. maybe i'll keep it up!
