Missy on the mend
British proverb: If you stared deep into a cat's eyes, you would be able to see into the world of spirits.
Earlier this summer our little Miss was diagnosed with a hyper thyroid gland. She was barely skin and bones, poor coat and very sickly. After a few weeks of treatment her blood tests came back that her thyroid gland activity is now too low. So now we have to halve her pills and wait a few more weeks for more blood tests. But here she's looking the picture of health and a big improvement from earlier times.
Unfortunately we have to tie her as she goes walkabout on us frightening us half to death. We have fishers in our neighbourhood that have been eating domestic cats in large number.
